Registration is Saturday from 7:00am to 10:00am at the registration desk in front of the Bank of America area on Brevard Avenue for all shows. The streets are barricaded and all vehicles are prohibited from traveling or parking on the show streets from 9:30am to show closing time. Latecomers must hand carry their goods to their spaces. VIOLATORS WILL BE ASKED TO LEAVE without refund and will be dropped from future shows. The streets are reopened to traffic each day at show closing but booth tear down is unnecessary. NO overnight security is provided.

Show spaces are 10’ by 10’, and in a few areas, canopies are not allowed. You MUST fill out and give a full description of your display, including the size and canopy size on your application. Seniority guidelines are used for street placement.

THE SHOWS FILL UP VERY QUICKLY AND OFTEN SELL OUT. We will accept a deposit for each show. This deposit is non-refundable. Balance must be received ten days prior to show or you forfeit your assigned space. Each crafter is responsible for their own tables or displays. Be prepared for Sun, Rain, or Wind. No refunds or rain dates are given for bad weather.

Your application must be accompanied by 3 photos or slides of your work and one of your display. These will be returned to you with your confirmation. If you sign up for subsequent shows, you d not have to resubmit slides or photos until the following year if you are selling the same products.

A BUSINESS-SIZED, SELF-ADDRESSED, STAMPED ENVELOPE MUST ACCOMPANY THE ENTRY FORM, along with your check made payable to Cocoa Village Craft Fair. Entry forms must be filled out completely and signed.

ONLY ONE ENTRY FORM PER PERSON, PER YEAR IS NECESSARY.

Refunds, except deposits, will be given for cancellation up to 10 days prior to any show There will be a service charge for all cancellations and returned checks.

Each exhibitor is responsible for collecting Florida Sales Tax on all sales made at the Fair and mailed to The Florida Department of Revenue. Tax numbers or licenses are not necessary.

SUMMER CRAFT FAIR

Cash Awards and Purchase Awards will be given at this show. Crafts will be judged in eight categories

2 Pottery and ceramics 6. Art & Photography
3. Floral7. Miscellaneous
4. Clothing & Needlework8. Stained Glass & Glass Art

 

Cash Awards will be given in each category as follows:

Award of Excellence Award of Honor Award of Merit

In addition, a single BEST OF SHOW award will be given in the amount from all categories

ALL CRAFTWORK MUST BE ORIGINAL, NON-COMMERCIAL, IN KEEPING FOR FAMILY VIEWING, AND CREATED BY THE HANDS OF THE EXHIBITING CRAFTERS. THIS WILL BE STRICTLY ENFORCED.
